The warm weather is quickly approaching and we couldn’t be more excited! Have you started planning your summer adventures yet? If you are looking for some fun things to do in North Idaho this summer we have you covered.

Downtown Farmer’s Market

Every Wednesday from 4:00-7:00pm May-October.

Take a stroll downtown and enjoy over 100 vendors, live music and friendly faces.

Live After 5

Every Wednesday from mid June-September: 5-8:30pm at Mceuen Park

Day Pass $10 (12 and under free)

Enjoy live music, food trucks and other vendors with views of Lake Coeur d’Alene. Check out the lineup to see who will be performing this summer!

Car d’Lane

June 18th Car Cruise 6:00pm-9:00pm- Free

June 19th 8:00am- 4:00pm- Free

You don’t want to miss this one! Take a trip to the past with the largest car cruise in North Idaho. Guaranteed to be a fun filled weekend for the whole family.

CDA Ironman

June 21st 7:00am-7:00pm

Visit downtown CDA and the surrounding areas to cheer on elite athletes while they push the limits. The course starts with a 1.2 mile swim in Lake Coeur d’Alene. Then competitors must finish a 112 mile bike course, which takes them down to Worley and back to downtown. The race concludes with a 26.2 mile run, finishing on Sherman Ave.

3rd and 4th of July Parade and Festival

This is one the areas must attend events. After a one year hiatus, the 3rd and 4th of July celebrations will be back for 2021! On the 3rd bring the family downtown for a festival at City Park complete with vendors and carnival rides. Stay tuned for more information on the children’s parade on the 3rd. On the 4th the parade starts at 11:00am on Sherman Ave and the day doesn’t end there. Live entertainment, All American Steak Dinner Buffet and fireworks over the lake are just a few of the festivities.

Art on the Green Street Fair

July 30th-Aug 1st

Calling all Art, Food and Entertainment lovers! This art fair at North Idaho College will have over 250 vendors. This event is handicap and stroller friendly.

Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach

Visit the Northwest’s largest theme park with more than 70 rides, slides, shows and attraction for the whole family to enjoy. There are plenty of rides for all ages and thrill levels.

Timberline Adventures

Our team was able to try this one out personally and we can verify it is an incredible experience! This 2.5 hour tour takes you over 7 zip lines and 2 sky bridges. You can’t beat the views while you sore over the canopy below.
