October 12

 

RefresHER: Embracing Fall – 6 PM – 8 PM PDT at 1084 N Caravelle Rd, Athol. Join us for some relaxed fellowship, small bites and fall inspiration. This is a great opportunity to visit with some ladies at Real Life North. They will be sampling and sharing some seasonal recipes, ideas for the home and some old-fashioned socializing. Just Between Friends North Idaho Fall Sale – Oct 16 at 9 AM – Oct 18 at 1 PM PDT at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds (Coeur d’Alene). Join in from 6-10pm on Saturday, October 17 for the annual Halloween Party! Enjoy access to all open Triple Play attractions, ropes climbing course, and Raptor Reef Indoor Waterpark for only $20 +tax per person! Sybil of 93.7 The Mountain will be here hosting the costume contest at 7pm for ages 10 and under and 8pm for ages 11 and up with a $150 cash prize for first place in each age group.

The lanterns simply contain rice paper, bamboo, and string; they are dedicated to leaving no footprint other than magic. Park After Dark: Halloween – 10 PM – 1 AM PDT at Triple Play Family Fun Park (Hayden). ww2.blinkcloudservices.com/Live%20Sites/SAAS1/Default.aspx It’s the spookiest time of the year, and this month’s Park After Dark is no exception! Advertised as “easily the best Halloween event in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area for young adults as you get to enjoy access to bowling, laser tag, laser maze, bumper cars, the XD Dark Ride, and the ropes course from 10pm – 1am.” Derik and Jeff of K102 Country will be hosting with giveaways and prizes! Costumes are encouraged with a contest for best face mask! This event is for ages 18 and up (ID will be checked at the door). Buy tickets online for $20 +tax. Pre-sales end Thursday, 10/22; after that will be $25 +tax at the door. 

 

2nd Annual Harvest Festival – 6 PM – 8 PM PDT at Wired2Learn Academy (Post Falls). Join for the 2nd Annual Harvest Festival. Come together and celebrate the harvest with fun, games, food and laughter! Join in the fall games like sack races, ring toss, and bean bag toss and win great prizes. Take part in an old fashioned Cake Walk to win an entire homemade cake of your choice! Don’t miss the face painting and the opportunity to tie-dye a t-shirt. Plus eat a bunch of fall food: caramel apples, apple sauce, cotton candy, apple cider, pretzels & cheese, ice cream, and homemade chili made with vegetables straight from our garden!! Oh yeah….and purchase homemade fall goodies like pumpkin cookies, zucchini bread, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie and more. All money raised at this event goes towards the students’ projects in their Project-Based Learning. Come! Have fun! Support a good cause!

 

October 23 – October 31

 

Moonlit Monster Cruises (All Ages!) – 5 PM – 8 PM PDT at Independence Point (Coeur d’Alene). There’s no better way to spend Halloween week than on the spooky waters of Lake Coeur d’Alene! 🕷️ These fright-filled 45-minute cruises take place on the following dates (gates open daily at 4:30PM): October 23-25th, October 29-31st. Tickets are $11.50 per person – kids 3 & under are FREE! Tickets: www.cdacruises.com/halloween

Featuring spooky décor and a Grand Prize Costume/Photo Contest, Signature Halloween Cocktails and MUCH more! Gates open at 4:30 pm with first departure at 5:00 pm. Must be in line before 7:30 pm for our final 8:00 pm departure. COSTUME CONTEST: Win an Overnight Getaway at The Coeur d’Alene Resort by posting a photo aboard our Moonlit Monster Cruise and post it on Facebook! Hashtag #cruisecda to qualify and the Cruise Team will pick five favorite photos on Monday, November 2nd and will post them to Facebook so the public can vote on their FAVORITE costume photo! Whichever photo gets the most likes by Friday, November 6th will WIN! COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Face masks are not required but encouraged, and we’ll stock plenty of sanitizer throughout the boat! We want you to stay healthy this Halloween season!

 

October 24

 

Fall Fest & Customer Appreciation Party – 4 PM – 7:30 PM PDT at the Flame & Cork (Hayden). Join for their annual Fall Fest Party. There will be live music, drink and appetizer specials, with your regularly available wood fired pizzas, vinos, and brews.

 

Trunk or Treat! – 3 PM – 5 PM PDT at North Idaho College. The Lewis-Clark State College social work students invite the Coeur d’Alene community and their families to participate in a safe, socially distanced trunk or treat event. We ask that community members who would like to join us, please bring a non-perishable food item per-person, so we can help donate these items to the North Idaho Food bank and support other students and their families. The event will take place in the DeArmond parking lot from 3-5pm. The social work students are excited to make this a fun and safe event, and we hope to see you there!

 

MASK UP – Trunk or Treat 2020 – 2 PM – 4 PM PDT at Lake City Church (Coeur d’Alene). The people at Lake City Church are so excited for their annual Trunk or Treat as they get ready to MASK UP! The event will be full of superheroes, food trucks, live music, and of course, candy! Masks are required for entry, so make your mask a part of your costume! No sign up necessary!

 

October 27

 

Dining with the DEAD – 5 PM – 8 PM PDT at the Post Falls Corner Cafe. TDS Presents: “Halloween – A Drive-Through Spooktacular” – 4 PM to 8 PM PDT at Lake City High School (Coeur d’Alene). www.ticketbud.com/events/d5b33302-f92e-11ea-897c-42010a71700d Join 17 of the season’s spookiest characters for a LIVE, immersive Halloween experience taking place over TWO nights — from the comfort of your car! Experience four different themed pavilions featuring LIVE, never-before-seen performances from your favorite characters; including witches, Villains, VK’s, and even the Pumpkin King himself. Don’t miss fun and interactive trick-or-treat stations, and take part in this safe, fun-for-the-whole-family event! COVID RESTRICTIONS: In order to keep this a safe and socially distant event, they accommodate 20 vehicles through the event per hour, which limits the number of guests who will be able to enjoy this experience. To keep the show running, they ask that a minimum of 4 passengers ride in one vehicle. Your “spooktacular” adventure will run roughly an hour and a half.

 

Adult-Only Halloween Cruises – 9 PM PDT – 12 AM PDT at Independence Point (Coeur d’Alene). Live Music the Day Before Halloween – 4 PM – 7 PM PDT at Coeur d’Alene Cellars Winery. Nick Wiebe Jammin combines a unique mix of musical flavors that covers many decades and many styles of music. Creative use of a loop pedal for full band grooves down to acoustic guitar and vocals, Wiebe Jammin creates a musical journey you don’t want to miss.

 

Rock Candy Halloween Weekend – 9 PM – 1 AM PDT at the Moose Lounge (CDA). Rock Candy invites you to a scary great weekend, Halloween weekend at the Moose Lounge! Dancin’, singin’, Movin’ with the Groovin’ and capping it off with a fantastic Costume Party Saturday night. See you there! 

 

October 30

 

Halloween Party at NorthWest Soft Play – 5:30 PM – 7 PM PDT at NorthWest Soft Play (Post Falls). A Private Halloween Party for children 10 years old and under. 75 minutes of play time, a scary story time and a goodie bag to take home. This event is a private with 35 spots available. 6th Annual Halloween Party – 6 PM – 10 PM PDT at Mad Bomber Brewing Company (Hayden). Join in the 6th annual Halloween Party on Friday, October 30th! Jason Perry will be providing us with live entertainment from 6:00-9:00 PM. There will be a costume contest for best singles and couples costumes with gift cards going to the winners! This year they will be choosing the winner by popular vote so make sure you dress your best! There will be an open potluck as well so bring your favorite halloween themed snacks!

 

Halloween Line Dance Lesson – 7:30 PM PDT – 8:30 PM PDT at The Nashville North (Post Falls/Stateline). Join for a fun & festive Line Dance lesson at The Nashville North. Learn 2-3 fun line dances at this great lesson. First 30 people to arrive and sign-up for this great lesson will receive a free Halloween themed gift. Class is just $5 per person. Class time: 7:30-8:30 pm, Live music to follow.

 

Harvest Festival – 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM PDT at Real Life Ministries. The Annual Harvest Festival will be happening at Real Life spread out over the entire Post Falls campus! You are welcome to join for a safe, fun, and engaging time with lots of games, food, live music, and so much more! Oh, and let’s not forget all the CANDY!

 

Fall Festival at DTNW! – 3 PM – 6 PM PDT at Dance Theatre Northwest. Visit Dance Theatre Northwest on Friday, October 30th for this fun, game-filled Fall Festival! Dress up for the costume contest, win prizes, play games, and more in this Drive-Through Event for our local community. This event will be held in the DTNW parking lot at 7730 Boekel Rd, Rathdrum from 3-6PM. ALL are welcome!

 

October 31

 

Halloween Party @ Bob’s 21 Club – 8 PM PDT at Bob’s 21 Club (Post Falls). See the Farmacy, LIVE at Bobs 21 Club and enjoy the festivities.

 

Halloween workout and party! – 11 AM PDT at TruFit (Post Falls). Hey everyone here is a Halloween workout and party for the Saturday workout! They will have prizes for the best workout costume! Afterwards they will be doing tacos and drinks! TruFit will be providing the tacos and will have a sign up sheet for anyone who would like to bring a side. Bring a friend and have some fun! 

 

Halloween Fun and Fossils 2020 – 5 PM – 9 PM PDT at the Spectacular Spud Museum (Coeur d’Alene). Out front this year, they will have pre-packaged bags with candy, a fossil and other surprises. Any age may participate.

 

Masked Singer Karaoke Contest/ Halloween Party – 9 PM PDT at Corby’s Bar (Post Falls). Let’s try something a little different this year! Rules are subject to change before the event. Masked singer contest rules: $5 entry fee,Must be in costume to participate, participants should create a stage name/persona. No duets or groups may enter the contest. Contestants will be given priority for their warm up song (1), Contest begins at 11 pm, Voting will be conducted via messenger or FB poll. Halloween Costume Party – 3 PM – 7 PM PDT at Lavender Sun (Coeur d’Alene). Join for some fun on Halloween! Free seltzers, games, face painting, kid-friendly, costume contest & a photo booth!

 

halloween party – 4 PM – 11 PM PDT at the Athol American Legion. Starting with the 4pm chilli cook off, followed by the potluck (bring a dish to share). From 6 pm to 7pm there is a pumpkin carving contest. At 9pm is the costume contest. There will be drink specials and karaoke 🎤 8pm til ???

 

Halloween Bash – 3 Piece Suit – 9 PM – 1:30 AM PDT at Razzle’s Bar & Grill (Hayden). It’s Razzle’s annual Halloween Bash with live music by 3 Piece Suit!

 

Let it Burn Halloween 2020 – 9 PM PDT at Cruisers Bar & Grill (Post Falls/State Line). Two awesome bands coming together for a night of metal, signature flaming drinks, FIRE dancers, costumes, and general chaos!Sovereign Citizen and The Non Prophets will be arriving with the Dark Circus and Sisters bringing music, crazy antics and FIRE 🔥🔥, giving you everything you’re looking for in a live stage show! 🎩🥃 Come in costume, join the fun—- you won’t regret it! Blistered Earth – Metallica Tribute headlines this Halloween event! Mark your calendars and plan your costumes! Doors open at 8 with a $12 cover, Music starts at 9pm. Due to the nature of this event, all attendees are required to be 21+

Halloween costume and karaoke party – 7 PM PDT at Kelsey’s Bar (Rathdrum).Join for some Halloween fun and karaoke. Dress up and bring your friends. See you all there

 

Trick or Treat – 2 PM – 4 PM PDT at Tedder Business Center and New York Pizza Dept (Post Falls). Halloween Trick or Treating Day – Come on down and go Trick or Treating at the Tedder Business Center in Post Falls. This is a free event. They will have people outside so the kids can have a fun safe time Trick or Treating. They will be walking under the covered overhang in case it is raining. Go on down and have a fun time getting some candy.

 

Kootenai Farmer’s Market Harvest Festival – 10 AM – 3 PM PDT Downtown Coeur d’Alene at the Farmers’ Market. Local farmers and artisans join in the Harvest Festival in downtown Coeur D’Alene, accompanied by Dawna Stafford, a northwest singer-songwriter described as a folk rock star. 

 

Harvest Festival – 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM PDT at the First Pentecostal Church of Post Falls. Fun for the whole family, with a bounce house, donut eating contest, and more!

 

City Fall Festival – 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM PDT at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds (Coeur d’Alene). Heart Of The City Church invites you to join them at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds with this safe and fun event for the whole family!! They will have Candy, Games, Free Food, Costume Contest, Chili Cook-off, Pie Eating Contest, Music, and so much more! 

 

Micro-Event Series: Apple Palooza at Fall Fest – 10 AM – 3 PM PDT in Coeur d’Alene’s Downtown Market. Indulge in a variety of apple treats throughout downtown shops and vote for your favorite! Plus, shop the Harvest Farmers Market at 5th St. & Sherman Ave. and the Downtown Market at 5th St. & Lakeside Ave. from 10:00am-3:00pm.

TRUNK OR TREAT – 5 PM – 8 PM PDT at 7215 W Boekel Rd, Rathdrum, Hosted by Eddy Poindexter and AEEC_INW. The AEEC joined up with Sunset Stance to collaborate on a season closer car show. This event is for the whole family to come out to, enjoy all of the show cars, and hangout with the community. They plan on having bowls of candy at some/all of the cars since it will be Halloween. Feel free to wear costumes!! Please no reving, no burnouts, no racing on the road.

To apply for the car show part of this event, DM @aeec_inw with pictures of your car and they will discuss and get back to you on your entry!

 

Trunk or Treat – 6 PM – 8 PM PDT at 6186 W Maine St, Spirit Lake, Hosted by Real Life Ministries – North Campus. Join the festivities at the Real Life North Campus lawn for candy, bonfire, games, and fun!

Trunk-or-Treat – 6 PM – 7 PM PDT at Silver Mountain (Kellogg). Have a fun and safe Halloween! Bringing back Trunk-or-Treat in the Silver Mountain parking lot for 2020. Come dressed in your best costume, and be sure to bring a bag with lots of room for candy! Trick-or-treating is free and will begin at 6:00 and end at 7:00 on October 31st.
