Where are you from? Am I allowed to say I’m from California!?!? LOL Saratoga, CA (i have lots of great fun facts in this area that I can share later)
Favorite North Idaho neighborhood and why? I love the neighborhood I’m in right now…quiet, pretty North Idaho-y feel with the trees, no HOA, close to the river and parks, and our neighbors are AWESOME! I would choose to live anywhere on the river side of Post Falls. I would also be interested in Midtown CDA…no charge to park 😉 and the energy and fun things in walking distance, fun older homes with character. OR I love out…out where the homes are spread out…that’s what I LOVE about North Idaho and practicing Real Estate here = so many choices in living style!
Favorite restaurant and why? Just one? I LOVE Embers…on the green or by the lake – my family is a bunch a babies so I don’t get to go out to fun and different places unless we are with other people…recently tried Crafted and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had…The Garnet is my go-to for breakfast.
Favorite summertime activity ? Water & sun! Love going camping in out TT too.
Favorite winter activity? Watching my boys shovel snow!
Favorite local business besides LPG? I should say Real Property Management CDA – they were good to me and they actually are the best property management company in CDA.
Why do you love Idaho? FREEDOM! Kind and friendly people – the gorgeous surroundings….it’s laid backness.
Favorite park or trail? Gosh…just one again? Seriously, the parks in North Idaho are stellar! Clean, well kept, not vandalized…favorites are local city parks: Black Bay, Q’emiln, McEuen – camping: Farragut.
Favorite local event? Art on the Green – Sherman Street Festival – Taste of Coeur d’Alene OR The 4th of July in Downtown CDA.
What is Idaho’s best kept secret? MOST people living here, aren’t from here (LOL)
Tell us about your family: I’m a boy mom! Married for 19 years in November to Pete, 2 sons (Peter & Parker), my dad lives in Hayden and my older brother and his family live in Sandpoint.
If you have a significant other, tell us a little about them and why they are your partner in life: See above…he puts up with me! And he’s actually my favorite person to hang out with. He’s funny and kind and handsome.
What makes you weird? I’m kind of offended by that! LOL Not really 😉 I’ll have to think of that one.
What are you afraid of? Mice! Slipping on ice.
Funniest thing to happen during a home showing/tour? Haven’t done any yet. Use me as your Realtor so I can have some fun stories to tell!
What is your favorite vacation of all time? Still waiting for that to happen…dream vaycay is white sand beaches and crystal clear water that I can swim in without being eaten or drowning.
Favorite cheese and why? Feta…everything tastes better when it has feta on it.
Favorite charity? A few…Open Arms, Birthing Hope International, Navigators – we actively support these 3 organizations.
If you weren’t selling real estate you would be…… A trophy wife/stay at home mom.
Your worst job ever: Erik’s Deli Cafe – worst boss ever! She came in hungover everyday and yelled at us the whole time.
What song is your life anthem? “Redeemed” by Big Daddy Weave…makes me cry every time – And another song by our worship team at church (The Heart Creative) “Come Thou Fount (The Call)”
What is something that we don’t know about you? I used to raise Guide Dogs.
