Journey to the North Pole Cruises 11/16/2018 – 01/01/2019 CDA Resort

Take an unforgettable holiday lake cruise across the sparkling waters to view more than 1.5 million twinkling holiday lights and visit Santa Claus and his elves at his waterfront toy workshop, where he magically speaks to each child by name!

This 40-minute cruise departs daily from November 16 – January 1st. Cruises depart at: 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Tickets and boarding takes place at The Resort Plaza Shops.

A Merry Little Christmas Weekend 11/16 @ 6 PM – 11/18 @ 4

Get ready for our biggest event yet! We will have an additional unit here in the strip mall (unit 4061) filled with fun vendors who will be offering lots of Christmas items. This will be a 3-day event:

• Friday 6PM-9PM
• Saturday 10AM-5PM
• Sunday 11AM-4PM

We will be offering DIY classes both Friday night and Sunday afternoon (events and tickets will be listed separately). Saturday we will have fun activities for kids and Santa may just make an appearance. Beer, Wine and food will be available for purchase also.

Lighting Ceremony Parade 11/23 @ 5-6:30 Sherman Ave

The Coeur d’Alene Downtown Association is pleased to present the 27th Annual Lighting Ceremony Parade Sponsored by Idaho Central Credit Union. Watch as the parade entries light up Sherman Avenue as they bring the Holiday Spirit to Downtown CDA with marching bands, dancing, music and festive floats!

Then gather on The Coeur d’Alene Resort Lawn for carols, and a countdown to a spectacular firework display complements of the Hagadone Corporation. At the end of the show, the switch is flipped and over 1.5 million lights brighten the downtown area!

Festival Gala 11/24 @ 6-9 CDA Resort

Join us for an elegant evening at the community’s only black-tie, charitable celebration! The fundraising begins with the silent auction and buy-it-now tree sales, or participate in the live tree sale auction followed by entertainment, dancing, and more.

Join us for our season opening tree lighting ceremony! We’ll have Santa here from 11-5 so bring your camera and grab yourself a free picture with the jolly guy!

Christmas Tree Elegance at Davenport Hotel 11/27 – 12/8 Davenport Hotel

A raffle for 12 fabulous custom decorated trees and gifts valued up to $4,999 on the mezzanine of the Historic Davenport Hotel. Six more trees are at River Park Square. Tickets are $1 for this raffle that benefits the Spokane Symphony.

Hayden Lights 12/1 @ 5-8pm McIntire Family Park

Join us for the annual Hayden Lights Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade. The parade will begin at 5:00 p.m. at Hayden Avenue and runs south along Government Way. Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony immediately following the parade at McIntire Family Park. Free coffee, hot chocolate and cookies available. Children can visit Santa in the Council Chambers following the Lighting Ceremony. P1FCU will provide games and crafts for the kids as well! Back by popular demand! Everyone is welcome to our 2nd annual Breakfast with Santa! Come enjoy breakfast, raffles, Santa pictures and write letters (you may just get a response)!

Downtown Live Neigh-tivity & Santa Visits 12/8 @ 1-6 Sherman Square Park

Join us for family fun holiday events Downtown Coeur d’Alene!

The Coeur d’Alene Downtown Association is partnering with First Presbyterian & Trinity Lutheran to bring you a Live Neigh-tivity! There will be a live animal petting stable, manger scene photo booth, carolers, hot chocolate, coffee, and gifts. All for FREE at Sherman Square Park from 1 pm – 4 pm. The petting stable will feature a camel, donkey, cow, goats, sheep and handlers dressed in Nativity attire! This event will be at the Sherman Square Park (316 Sherman Avenue).

The fun doesn’t stop there! Santa will be riding in on The Coeur d’Alene Fire Department’s vintage fire truck, decked out with millions of lights and be parking at the corner of 2nd and Sherman Ave. to hear what is on your Christmas list. Santa will available for you to take photos with and visit children of all ages from 4 pm – 6 pm. Canned food donations to the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department are appreciated.

The Holiday Market 12/9 @ 10-4 CDA Resort

Hello holidays! A community gathering of Inland Northwest artists, jewelers, bakers, and crafters staging an open marketplace, complete with food samples, shopping, and all the holiday music. 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, at The Coeur d’ Alene Resort’s Convention Center.
