Link Properties Group Has Moved!
Have heard the big news?! We have a whole entire building all to ourselves! Before you get worried, we have not changed our brokerage; we are still a part of Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene.
2020 brought many realizations for us individually and as a team. We realized that while we are able to work from home, we are truly social beings who missed seeing each other. That, coupled with having 3 offices separating us the year before that, made us realize our desire to be together again as a team. Enter: Greg Link Jr into a whirlwind market. Somehow he worked his magic to score this building and worked endlessly to completely renovated the interior to transform it into a real estate team oasis!
Our first look at 1911 N 4th St
Upon first seeing the building at 1911 N 4th St, one may not see all of the potential, but Greg did! A former hair salon, but existing setup was not perfect, but could be made so with some effort. Excitement increased as the building was finally ours come mid January. And so the renovations began: opening up the space, adding new lighting, new flooring, paint, trim, texture, creating offices and making the whole place aesthetically pleasing.
It took time, but April rolled around and we knew we couldn’t wait any longer! We rounded up our families, moved out of our old space and landed comfortably in our new digs. Kareen Link had the decorative vision, as she patiently and thoughtfully arranged and rearranged according to what we needed. Our final setup: Perfection!

Future plans include a patio, a roll up door, and maybe a couple windows…and if we are feeling adventurous, we may renovate the basement.
We are so excited to have all of us back together and are even more excited to see where the rest of this year takes us!
