For they past few months it seems like everything we list sells immediately, and with multiple offers more often than not. These recent listings in the Pinevilla neighborhood were no exception. As soon as we hit the market, showing appointment requests came flooding in – resulting in multiple offers on both. We completely understand why buyers were so interested: this neighborhood is a beautiful established neighborhood with lots of trees and just around the corner of a wonderful local park on the Spokane River.
